Joining LEAD in May 2021, Emily has spent the past 22+ years working as both a Mom/Family CEO and in various Social Media, Digital Content and Communications strategy roles for companies such as CareerBuilder, Bump Club & Beyond and Staples.

Before returning to Lake Forest with her husband and two sons, Emily grew up in LF and attended Everett, DPM and LFHS. She returned in 2006 with her husband Jeff to raise their two sons – one who is now finishing up freshman year at LFHS and the other is finishing up 6th grade at DPM.

In addition to her professional roles, she is actively involved in the LF/LB community. Currently she is serving as the VP/Communications Chair on the LFHS APT and as the Communications Chair on the LFHS Hockey Board. Previously, she served as the President of both the1st Presbyterian Church Preschool Parent Board and the Sheridan APT Parent Board, in addition to multiple other APT and volunteer positions during the past 15 years, including Spirit of 67 Home Tour Co-Chair. In her spare time, you will find Emily cheering on her boys playing hockey, out with friends/family or playing paddle or running.
